California Browncoats will be exhibiting for the first time at Comic Con Revolution-Ontario this weekend (May 20 & 21!) If you'll be attending, come by and visit us at booth 1046 - we want to connect with Browncoats from the area!
While we're there, we will be raising funds in support of Camp Conrad Chinnock! This non profit provides Summer Camp, education and support for kids with type 1 diabetes and their families. We were inspired by Mark Sheppard's support of them over the last few years and we're so impressed by the good works this group is doing! We raised over $1300 for them at WonderCon and are excited to add to that amount with money raised at CCR.
How can you help? Stop by the booth and purchase merch or play the World Famous Charity Chopstick game! Spread the word and let your Browncoat community know to look for us in the fan group area - remember, we're new in these parts and people may not know our reputation. And if you have the time, think about donating an hour or two of your time to volunteer behind the counter.
